John was sick this morning, puppy was sick this morning. I hope no one else gets sick. I'm trying to accept having BP. It was easier to accept ds having BP. I know now why I am the way I do. It scares me to go through the severity of depression that I have had. I am considering reducing my hours @ work permenately. We shall see.
